Stonewater Therapy is committed to providing clear information about the cost of services before treatment begins.
Assessment Fees
ADHD Assessment — Starting at $500*
Assessment for children, adolescents, and adults. The assessment includes an initial clinical interview, assessment measures selected based on individual needs, collateral reporting as needed, review and interpretation of results, and a follow-up appointment to discuss findings and recommendations.
Autism Assessment — Starting at $750*
Assessment for children, adolescents, and adults. The assessment includes an initial clinical interview, assessment measures selected based on individual needs, review and interpretation of results, and a follow-up appointment to discuss findings and recommendations.
Therapy Fees
Free Consultation — $0
15-minute consultation for prospective clients.
Initial Therapy Intake — $250
Initial clinical appointment to discuss your concerns, history, needs, and treatment goals.
Individual Therapy — $150
55-minute therapy session
Family Therapy — $175
55-min family therapy session
*Assessment fees may vary when additional clinical interview or assessment time is needed. We will discuss any anticipated additional costs before services are provided.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits
Some insurance plans provide out-of-network behavioral health benefits. If your plan includes these benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for eligible services.
Stonewater Therapy can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Your insurance plan determines whether services are eligible for reimbursement and the amount reimbursed.
Contact your insurance provider directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible, reimbursement rates, and requirements for submitting claims.

Good Faith Estimates
Clients who do not have or are not using insurance may have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for scheduled services.
